Our original workshop ! We have been delivering workshops for Transition Year classes throughout Ireland since 2001. A Songschool workshop offers a first hand insight into life as a professional songwriter / musician and an overview of songwriting and the music business

Students write, perform and / or record their own songs during the workshop.  Each student receives a CD of their song (s), along with a Songschool / IMRO certificate of participation.

Workshops are delivered by professional Songschool tutors and all of our staff are Garda vetted.

Workshops are delivered on site at your school, youth centre, or by arrangement they can take place at our offices in Rua Red ( Tallaght).

Workshops can be designed to fit into existing teacher plans as part of a larger module or as a stand alone project.

We offer 3 main workshops

Option 1

Song writing and performing (1 day)

Maximum no. of students 50

Option 2

Song writing and recording (2 day)

Maximum no. of students 24 All students receive a CD of songs written and recorded during the workshop and a Songschool certificate of participation.

Option 3

Song writing, performing, recording and video making (3 – 5 days)

Maximum no. of students 24

All students receive a CD of songs written and recorded during the workshop, a DVD of video produced and a Songschool certificate of participation.
